Theodoros Karaindros began building in 1977 with apartments mainly in the center of Athens. In 1985 the company moved to the northern suburbs and built apartment buildings in Neo Psychiko, Pefki, Chalandri, and Vrilissia. In 1995 it engaged in construction in the southern suburbs, in Voula, Glyfada, Paleo Faliro and at the same time built commercial buildings for shops and offices.

In 2000 Christos Karaindros joined the company and now they build apartment complexes, detached houses and commercial buildings in the northern, southern and eastern suburbs of Attica. In 2007 Vasilis Marlitsis with ten years of experience in construction is the new member of the family business. By 2011, Theodoros Karaindrou’s company had built over 50,000 sq m.

The company is based in Chalandri at the offices of Kolokotroni 9. The company’s philosophy has remained unchanged for these 35 years, it tries to improve the individual’s living, with functional and ecological homes, for this reason it builds houses based on the needs and activities of the family. Elements that contribute to this are the exploitation of the sun from the Attic sky with large openings, energy saving, and the simple lines that contribute to the simplicity and functionality of the space.

At the same time, with the correct use of the latest technology materials, it insulates the building with the main goal of zero heating losses that contribute to environmental protection and reduced energy consumption.
